Before the big drought, there was water in the Highland Lakes of Central Texas. One area of Lake Travis was used from the '60s as a swimsuit optional beach. One area of Lake Travis was used from the '60s as a swimsuit optional beach. When the County made it an official park, nudity was grandfathered as a long standing tradition. While still open, it is no longer Family Friendly. First they banned pets, and soon after they banned children. Here are a few shots of a friend I took there a few times. less
