I uploaded a new profile pic yesterday & it said pic pending up until about 5 hours ago. Now it is showing the female avatar. Do I need to reload my pic?

System won't allow me to upload a profile photo.I have tried numerous times & with different photos.Still no success.
Is it file size? Please can you advise?

Hi, try uploading a small pic around 100kbs and see if that works, something with around 400x400 should give you a small enough image.
