i sent in a ticket regarding a compatibility issue..i have recieved an answer saying click the compatibility view and clear my temp files and that the ticket is now closed....How dare it just be closed like that without my response....If i click the comatibility view this problem becomes worse and i always clear my temp files...im a paying member and feel by giving a standard answer then closing the ticket down is an insult....i would still like to know how to sort this problem out....
very fed up sexyhels...

hi

we only close tickets when it is issues with ie8, clicking compatibilty view normally fixes it. I am using ie8 and i am not having an issue

close down all your browser windows, clear your temp internet files and cache

i used the support system and got no where....i have tried all those things and still have the problem
