Here we go again. Ten days later & all my emails are gone again. I read them at 4am my time but didn't respond because I was heading to bed. Seven hours later I log on to respond to them & they are gone. This is very frustrating.

I have filled out a new support ticket as requested by Ed in his email to me after the last incident.
