emails gone   Reply to topic

Hi, I checked my email yesterday & went back to the main page for the inbox, to delete it. After doing so, I found all my emails gone. I had several pages of them. This is the second time this has happened. The first time it happened they were there when I logged off & gone when I logged on the next time.

However, this time even if I inadvertantly hit check all, it should have only deleted the current page. I had four or five pages. It is very frustrating since I had not replied to all the recent ones yet. I can't access them from the alert section because I deleted all the message received & read lines from there.

So, any idea what happened??

I see from the comments on the home page I am not the only one this happened to. So hopefully you will figure out why it happened so it doesn't happen, a third time for me at least.

Hi, did any of you change your email address when the passwords changed?

If you did then this is what the problem is, if not can you please use the support system and we can look into this further.

I did not change my email address when I changed the password.

Can you raise a support ticket and we can investigate this further :)

Once again all my emails are gone. I didn't fill out a support ticket the last time, however, this time I did. I don't always repsond to my mail at the time I read them. It is very frustrating now that it looks like I am ignoring people.

I have been logged onto the site for hours, popping in & out while doing other things on the computer. I have checked my mail several times during this time. I noticed that after the home page was updated my mail was gone.

I logged out & back in, they are still gone.

Yes mine too. They did have info I may have needed and were not all 30 days old, I do see where it says , emails 30 days old will be deleted, You think some how it deletes all of them from the first (30 day old email) maybe? .... no matter if its hours old? eh? and Hi Ed!!!!!! :)
