is the chat room down. when i log in, it just says loading settings, and never goes into the chat room. problem started march 5th. i never had this issue, and i believe computer is updated.

Hi Jeff,

I personally responded to your ticket 27 minutes after you sent it in. Is your email perhaps changed and our replies not getting to you or perhaps the reply hit your spam folder?
