Hi i use puffin browser as it supports flash, but when entering the chat , it continously says updating your settings, and never actualy loads. Help please?

Unfortunately we don't officially support chat on any mobile or tablet devices by way of apps like puffin. It's hard to identify issues from one device to the next.

There is however a basic chat available to use without the need for an app.
