it seems like every time I am in the chat room videos pop up and I can't close them, so I just log out, Is there a setting to prevent this?

We do not have cam set to autoload with the chat room so I'm not sure what the specific issue is. I would love to work on this with you if you can contact us using the contact us link at the bottom of all pages.

I have disabled previews of youtube videos and going forward it will simply show a link to them.
