I live in the states and don't use credit cards. My question is .If I pay for a membership with cash by mail how long before my account will be activated?

Well i would think if payment got there in Europe, maybe a month or month and half delivery time there... if its gotten better then i apologize.. maybe a pre paid charge card to use to do it ??

Most Pre-paid cards are not available for international purchases. Read the fine print. If you don't use Credit, most likely you don't use Debit cards either.
