Page not scrolling/loading smoothly Reply to topic

Hi

When viewing PV the pages don't seem to load and refresh smoothly.
I have no problem with any other site, just PV

The pics when scrolling down the page seem to continously try to reload leading to stuttering on the scroll down bar.

Any ideas why? Please help because its spoiling my viewing of PV

Internet Explorer 8 and Windows Vista

When I scroll down the page it is very sluggish, also when I type (as this post)it is very sluggish. Almost as if everything is happening in slow speed.

Any ideas?

do you have compatibility view clicked?

I've tried selecting compatibility view mode - turning it on and off, but it makes no difference which ever I select, it's still sluggish.

clear your temp internet files, cache and reboot then try it, it is working for everyone else using IE8

Tried this but still no good, annoying thing is on my laptop exactly the same settings PV runs fine.

Gonna be loading Windows 7 on my desktop soon, hopefully it will cure the problem.

Just installed Windows 7

Guess what - IT's SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM

Don't know what had been causing it in Vista, those Gremlins get everywhere
