A couple of days ago I paid by credit card for Premium membership and I'm still not able to access it.
I've sent a message to Support...... Ticket ID: QVU-311589 as well as an email which included the confirmation letter I received, shortly after making payment, stating I was now a member and have a good time.
When I tried to access the Premium section after I had paid, the "upgrade" message would pop up (and still does). When I clicked on that, it read I was already a member!
It's getting very frustrating. I have some pics and vids I would like to load up. Could someone please help?!
