Looks like I can only rate a member just once. After more than a month since last rating a member and attempting to rate once again, I always get this message "You have already rated this member! You can only rate once per month for the same member!" So is this supposed to reset every month so you can rate again, or is it really just a one-time rating only? Anybody else notice this?
