We have noticed some profiles have lots of friends but only a few of them are displayed. Is there an option in which we can choose who or how many friends to display?

Heya busy!

When folks upgrade to premium, they can collect more than 3 friends, if they allow the premium to lapse, then they are limited to three friends, but the number they previously had still shows on their profile.
