We are premium members, but in the past month or so have been unable to download videos.

Maybe the file is too big and its too big to download? You are better off emailing the admin and asking them straight up webmaster@projectvoyeur.com

I was referring to downloading the videos here! I know why UPloading is a problem. Our broadband stinks out here in the country.
