Hi all, after 5-10 minutes my chat screen disconnects on its own, any ideas of how to fix the problem. Thanks

need to send in a support ticket.. see the contact us at the bottom right. click it tell them your problem and im sure they will fix you right up. Matter of fact I bet one of them comes here and tells you the same thing I just did... but!!!! I beat them to it!!!! haha

Hi Baller, best thing to do is open a support ticket so we can look into this problem, please give us as much info as you can....Browser type ect......haha yes you did beat me to it!
