Hell, I haven't had Live Chat for 3 months. I have asked at least 20 times for them to fix it. They have nothing. The 12-hour response is pure B.S.

Well that is not good, if I may ask, did you clear your browser cache? If your answer is yes, then may I ask if you sent in a request for help through the contact us? If thats a yes also just say and I will try to get their attention for you okay?

Yes, I cleared my Browser and contacted them multiple times. If you can get their attention for me I would Lv it. I enjoyed the live chat.

I should have said this in last reply, if they dont respond let me know, i have other directions to get my way. lol
