Can't see Active Chatters in Chatroom   Reply to topic

Hi all,
I am after some assistance. I am using an android phone and the browser is vivaldi. When in the chatroom, I can see the arrow on the right hand side to see the current people in that particular chatroom, but when I click the arrow, it does nothing (doesn't open out the left as it shpuld or anything). Anyone able to assist? Do I need to resize screen or something?
