Well i'm not sure if this has been brought up before but it seem's to be an occurring issue .

I have had a few people asking me why and how they get their Cams working because all they get is a white screen ....

I know there could be a few issues this is happening however all i can provide them with is cleaning up cache and history ,,, Is there any possibility someone from Technical support could just put up the Main reasons this could be happening and how to rectify the issue ..

I do know that most web cams come with an options setting sometimes it can be in the settings , or I have a friend that told me hers didn't work without disabling her firewall first , but that is all I can offer at this time, hope that helps .
