"friends" contri-alert???   Reply to topic

i know there's a site upgrade in the works.
i hesitate to suggest features to include because i don't know wot pressures it puts on bandwidth or servers.

1) when a friend submits a new contri, could other friends be notified of it??
(i sorta thought that was the idea of it when i 1st came on board & was surprised to learn it wasn't a feature)

2) we get many profile visits that we could eliminate if there was a way to do it, thereby REDUCING some of the load.

3) "who visited your profile" is another place where us members could eliminate info if able to.
besides from over 200 recent visits, only a dozen or so actually registered which suggests to me that maybe we ARE over loading system capabilities & so given the tools to deleat info when not need might be helpful & productive & save some money.
