How do I create and/or access a Hot List?

The hot list is for people you like to view, you go to that persons profile and it will have a tab that says Add to Hot list click on it and it will put that person on your list so when they post something new, it will advise you of that. Like a :::::hey they posted new stuff go look!!!!!!

Your whos on your hot list, is when you go to the persons profile you've hot listed i think it shows you that you have added them to said hot list.
Now if i am wrong some body should correct me, as I am new and know nothing. Hope now your as confused as me, have a good day LOL.
