Just tried, twice to post a video which is 2.46Mb with no luck, any tips on a good compression program that does not scale the video down to nothing?

What size can we post?

Hi there,

there should be no issue with this video size. We can accept up to 40MB.

What connection are you on and what was the error?

We have Digital high speed and the error was the load just stopped and now shows as "filed" on our contributions page.

Please try this again tomorrow, we have made a few changes here and this should now be ok.

Hopefully they wont fail again.

Hi,

Hubby just tried again with a 2.5Mb vid and he even turned off the firewall and still nothing. Same problems with our picture uploads. We can;t get more than 3 to load at a time and they are not big files, all under 160Kb-180kb.
