In Japan, napkins are made out of recycled materials. They have no absorbency at all. The toilet paper is about equal to napkins in the US. Fast food napkins are made of recycled material to but they will "blot". I think Taco Bell seems the softest to me.
But I'm not rubbing them on my ass either.
