Folks, just sitting here on a late fall, overcast morning and thinking, oh, ok, caught me. Trying to put off those chores that need done. : )

But yes, was thinking about some recent comments made about the mods here. First, I want to say, we have a great group of mods. Oh, I know, we all have our favs, ones we like for various reasons, but really, as a whole they are a great bunch. Their hard work and dedication is really appreciated by many.

Then it occurred to me. Yanno, they don't get the recognition they deserve. So me, being me, was thinking about what to do to correct that. Would take them out for lunch, but ubercow takes too long to get them here or me there. And cows don't swim too well either. Maybe a drink, tried and tried to find the pour spout in the computer and well, now need to go to the store and get a new computer.

Then it hit me. Wonders if admin would consider a page here, something/someplace that is dedicated to mods. Something along the top line where people can go, check out who all the mods are, and maybe a short bio, sort of like an expanded info page. A get to know your mod. Also maybe a place where people can leave comments for them, so all can see the good things people have to say. Thanks for the welcome or thanks for your help last night, that sort of thing.

And if that isn't possible, maybe in place of that, or even in addition to, have a monthly rotation that features a different mod each month. lmao, make sure they have to post a pic. Sure the ladies would want Carson to be featured in Dec.

So what do you think folks? First, lets add to this thread, how much you appreciate the mods here, and second, admin? How about it?

I agree Bizz, Dutchess and I have talked a few times that it is so easy now. Almost like it is a bit too tame.

Yeah well some of us were here during the wild wild west days, some have not been here as long as others, but I was still here when the only tool we had was booting and that was it, and that sucked big time, was totally horrible sometimes. I have to admit that dealing with some of the wild shit was rather interesting, kicking someone 40 to 50 times or more and that was all we had, other then contacting the admin and having one of them come in and ban or boot said asshole. Chatters didn't have any way of escaping it either like they do now.
Yeah true mods have more tools now to control the room but still not fun dealing with assholes. Also true maybe the room got a bit to tame and mellow and we don't have to be on our toes as much, but fuck back in those days if your nerves were not made of steel and and your sense of humor was not twisted, rude, crazy and didnt mind the room being flooded every 5 minutes by someone with ( HEY EVERYONE IN HERE CAN KISS MY ASS AND DIE, AND THE MOD (INSERT NAME HERE) WHO BOOTED ME FOR BEING A DICK OR TWAT CAN EAT SHIT AND IM TELLING THE ADMINISTRATION ON YOU)
