I'd like to get some footage that may happen any time during the course of two hours or so. The problem is its in a dark room. Any suggestions or tutorials on how to go about doing this? preferred framerate of 30, resolution of 320x260 (or thereabout) B&W is fine, but color would be nicer.

do it with a digital camera and put onto video settings?

Mobile phone?

or hide 1 in your room???
