A man’s wife became pregnant. It was one of the happiest moments of his life. He attended all the pre and postnatal care classes with her, the birthing classes, he was totally involved. A few weeks before the scheduled delivery date, he got a call from his sister-in-law. They were on the way to the hospital, his wife was in labor! He left work for the hospital. When he got there, he learned they had just delivered the baby and that he could go upstairs and see it. When he got upstairs, the nurse approached him with his child wrapped in a blanket. As she unwrapped it, a giant, soccer ball sized eyeball was exposed. Stunned, he cried, “Oh my God! What could be worse?”
“It’s blind,” replied the nurse.
